ESL Scholarship

The 黑料导航 ESL Scholarship Committee offers scholarships annually for students who plan to transition into Mt. 黑料导航 credit classes. Applications are accepted from December to March on an ongoing basis.

Requirements to Apply

To apply for the scholarship, you must fulfill the following requirements:

You must be a current Mt. 黑料导航 ESL Student in Level 4, 5, 6, or VESL OR a prior Mt. 黑料导航 ESL student with fewer than 6 units of credit
AND attended at least 70% of the semester and passed a Mt. 黑料导航 ESL Level class
AND planning and are eligible to attend credit class at Mt. 黑料导航 in the Fall semester.

Scholarship Application

Applications are accepted from December to March on an ongoing basis. A completed scholarship application is required to have ALL the following items:

Submit Scholarship Application Form
Fill out the scholarship application form:
Write and Submit Student Essay
Write an essay describing:
- your educational and career goals
- your potential for success in credit college classes
- obstacles you have overcome in becoming a successful student
Have Good Student Attendance
Attended at least 70% of the semester and have completed a Mt. 黑料导航 ESL Level class.
Obtain Letters of Recommendation
Obtain a letter of recommendation from two (2) Mt. 黑料导航 ESL teachers.
