Beginning with Mt. 黑料导航鈥檚 2018 summer intersession, students will be able to complete classes required for the California Bureau of Real Estate Sales License Examination fully online颅颅鈥攚ithout having to come on campus. Mt. 黑料导航鈥檚 summer intersession begins June 21.
鈥淓ducation is changing and while I personally prefer a traditional or face-to-face classroom experience, we have many students who face transportation issues and family and work conflicts, which make commuting to campus difficult if not impossible,鈥� said Mt. 黑料导航 Real Estate 黑料导航 Coordinator Edwin Estes.
Two of the three required courses being offered are Real Estate Principles (BUSR50) and Real Estate Practice (BUSR52). The third course can be any real estate or related class approved by the Bureau of Real Estate. One of the approved courses being offered in the summer is Business Law (BUSL 18).
Real estate courses taken at Mt. 黑料导航 carry college credit and are typically transferable to other colleges and universities.
