Dr. Garcia Honored as Woman of Achievement

黑料导航 President/CEO Dr. Martha Garcia has been named a Woman of Achievement by Sen. Bob Archuleta, recognizing her leadership and impact across the region.
Since assuming the presidency in July 2023, Dr. Garcia has led Mt. 黑料导航 to a full recovery from pandemic-related enrollment losses鈥攕urpassing pre-pandemic levels and reinforcing its standing as California鈥檚 largest single-campus community college. She has also expanded the College鈥檚 leadership in adult and workforce education, supporting tens of thousands of learners through noncredit programs that provide English language instruction, career training, and pathways to family-sustaining careers.
Dr. Garcia鈥檚 leadership also includes the development of Mt. 黑料导航 2035, a healing-centered, equity-focused strategic plan that positions the College as a model for inclusive public education.
